Customized Raised Access Floor System Solutions
Huiya provides customized raised access floor system solutions for demanding industrial and commercial applications. Our heavy duty understructure system combines steel encapsulated calcium sulphate panels with high-strength pedestals and stringers, delivering exceptional load capacity, fire resistance, and ESD performance.
Customized Raised Floor Panel – Made of high-density calcium sulphate, encapsulated by galvanized steel on all sides. Available in various finishes (HPL, PVC, ceramic) and sizes to match your layout. Edge options include sealed or conductive edges for enhanced moisture and ESD protection.
Standard Heavy Duty Stringer – The horizontal connecting beam that interlocks adjacent panels. Its rolled-steel channel design ensures accurate grid alignment, distributes point loads to the pedestal system, and simplifies panel replacement without dismantling surrounding floors.
Customized Heavy Duty Pedestal – The vertical support with a threaded adjustment mechanism. Our heavy-duty version features a larger base plate (Ø150mm+) and thickened upper cup, allowing height adjustments up to 1,500mm. Optional head types (flat, slot, or bolt-fixed) accommodate different stringer connections and seismic requirements.

In accordance with the EN 13501:2018 standard for the fire classification of construction products and building elements, this flooring has passed the Bfl-s1 fire test. This rating indicates a low rate of flame spread and limited smoke production, as well as the absence of flaming droplets during combustion, thereby meeting the mandatory EU fire safety requirements for flooring materials in public spaces.

Introduction to Static Conductive PVC Raised Access Floor
Composed of polyvinyl chloride resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, coupling agents, and conductive materials, it utilizes the conductive network formed between plastic particle interfaces to conduct electricity and has permanent anti-static function.
