KONiSHI Ku928C-X raised floor bracket adhesive is a high-performance,one-component, moisture-curing polyurethane resin adhesive, suitable for bonding raised floor brackets to the ground.This product is vOC-protected,complies with Japanese JISA 5536 F★★★★ standards,does not contain any of the 13 harmful substances specified by Japan forindoor concentration guidelines,and does not contain any added vOC (volatile organic compound) components.

1. Reduce the shaking of the bottom bracket to ensure it does not shake

The adhesive can fill the small gaps between the metal base and the rough floor,ensuring a 100% fit on the contact surface. This enables a more uniform distribution of pressure and prevents the bracket from swaying due to partial suspension.

2. Prevent the bracket nut from loosening and sinking

The raised floor may experience loosening of the bracket nuts due to long-term trampling vibration. The use of KONISHI KU928C-X avoids the vibration of metal brackets and loosening of nuts.

3. Absorb vibration

Compared to rigid connections such as expansion bolts,KONISHI KU928C-X adhesive provides a certain degree of elastic cushioning. The adhesive layer can absorb the impact force from the floor surface,reducing the “metal clash sound” caused by direct collision between the bracket and the floor slab.

4. Sound insulation

Elastic colloids can effectively cut off the path of sound waves propagating through solid structures, thereby enhancing the impact sound insulation level of floors (such as the L- value standard commonly used in Japan).
