On December 25, 2025, HUIYA achieved another significant milestone with the successful shipment of its self-developed SCL1000 anti-static raised floor system. The full container has been dispatched to Johor Bahru, Malaysia, providing a high-quality flooring solution for a major local data center project. The end client, a renowned Chinese furniture company acting on behalf of an overseas customer, specifically designated HUIYA’s anti-static raised floor for this project.

This batch of SCL1000 anti-static raised floor features a load-bearing capacity of 450kg, constructed with premium steel plates (thickness: 0.7mm/0.9mm). The panels are robust and durable, designed to meet the demanding requirements of data centers and communication rooms. Every panel undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure both its anti-static properties and mechanical strength adhere to international standards, safeguarding the safe operation of mission-critical equipment.

HUIYA-SCL1000 steel cement anti-static raised floor system is specially designed for high-end spaces such as high-load, intelligent computer rooms, and has excellent load-bearing, fireproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion properties. This series of products is stamped and welded by cold-rolled steel plates, filled with foamed cement inside, and the surface is sprayed with conductive epoxy resin powder. The system resistance is between 1.0×10⁶~1.0×10⁹Ω. It has excellent anti-static capabilities and effectively ensures the safe operation of equipment in high-load environments such as data centers and monitoring rooms.
