「匯亜OAフロアと日本コニシ百年接着剤企業、OAフロア用接着剤分野で戦略提携を達成」 常州匯亜装飾材料有限公司と日本コニシ株式会社が公式に戦略提携を締結し、双方はOAフロア用接着剤の応用をめぐって深度協力する。初の共同プロジェクト――常州市新北区高新広場C座の3650平方メートルWJ500シリーズGRCフロア舗装工事で、既にコニシのKU928C-X単成分湿気硬化型接着剤を採用して施工を完了し、その実際の性能は接着強度、環境特性、施工効率などの次元から亮点を窺える。 一、金属と鋼板底部の接着が強固、どんなシーンにも対応 コニシKU928C-X接着剤は木質フロア、鋼製支柱などの基材に対する付着力が優れる。金属束とSGHC鋼板の接着テストを例に:養生7日後、平均接着力は3483N(約355kgf)に達し、最大変位はわずか1.3mmで、破壊時は多くが接着剤自身の内聚破壊(Aタイプ破壊と標記)――これは接着剤の強度が基材よりも硬いことを意味する。たとえ養生期間を3日に短縮しても、接着力は着実に向上し、床暖房などの長期受力シーンに適している。 匯亜の顧総監が施工時に述べたように、作業員には2種類の塗布方法がある: 二、環境性能に優れ異臭なし、病院やオフィスビルにも適用 VOC低放出型製品として、KU928C-Xは日本厚生労働省が定める13種の有害物質を含まず、揮発性有機物も添加していない。JIS A1901:2003テストによると、そのVOC放出量は日平均で僅か57μg/m³、放出速度は68μg/m²・hで、同種製品よりも遥かに低い。ほぼ異臭がなく、現場検査を行った顧客は満足の意を示した。 同製品はJIS A5550 F、JIS A5536 F★★★★認証を取得し、日本接着剤工業会のJAIA-4認証(登録番号JAIA-501260)も取得しており、特に病院、オフィスビルなどの空気質要求の高い密閉空間に適している。 三、大容量カートリッジで施工時間余裕、専用拭き布付属 コニシ接着剤は760mlの大容量カートリッジを採用し、施工前はノズルを外し、アルミ膜を剥がすだけで使用可能で、1本あたり約24m²(2坪)をカバーできる。夏季施工の許容時間は20分に達し、冬季は60分まで拡大され、作業員の許容誤差率が高く、慌てることがない;また、専用拭き布が付属し、溢れた接着剤を素早く拭き取れ、材料の損耗を減らせる。 ★留意すべき点:接着剤にはジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI≥1%)が含まれており、防火テストを通過し非危険物とされているが、施工時には換気し、防護用具を着用し、直接接着剤との接触を避けること。 四、水没や高温に強く、弾性設計で消音も可能 耐水テストにおいて、鋼製支柱とコンクリートブロックを接着後、23℃の水に7日間浸漬しても、接着力は依然として4022N(約410kgf)に達する;80℃の高温暴露7日後、接着強度は6.75N/mm(約68.9kgf/cm)を保持する。また、接着剤を5-30cmの間隔で、珠状に塗布することで弾性コーティングを形成し、これによりフロアの振動を吸収――舗装後の木質フロアの騒音が明らかに低下し、木材の乾湿変形やひび割れも抑制でき、一戸建て住宅、都市再生などのプロジェクトに適している。 五、3650平方メートルプロジェクトでひび割れゼロ・低騒音を実証 常州高新広場C座プロジェクトにおいて、匯亜WJ500シリーズGRCフロアとコニシ接着剤を組み合わせて施工した後、顧客から「歩行時に明らかな騒音がない」とのフィードバックがあり、且つ接着剤の弾性設計により、従来の施工で発生しやすいひび割れ問題が発生しなかった。3650m²の舗装規模により、同方案が大型工事における実行可能性が証明された。 六、百年の接着剤企業、徐々に長三角地域へ普及 150年の歴史を持つコニシは、KU928C-Xの環境認証と実測データにより、GRCフロア施工に「接着強固、汚染少ない」ソリューションを提供し;匯亜は現地のチャネル優位性を活かしてプロジェクトを進める。双方は今後、長三角地域に焦点を絞り、より多くのグリーン建築プロジェクトに同技術を適用し、業界の持続可能な発展を支援する。
